RacewayIQ may use session replay, heatmap, click-tracking, scroll-tracking, screen interaction, or similar diagnostic technologies to improve usability, identify interface issues, troubleshoot errors, and improve the Service.

  • mouse movement;
  • page interactions;
  • navigation patterns;

RacewayIQ intends to configure these tools, where reasonably possible, to mask or avoid intentionally collecting:

RacewayIQ may use Stripe or another payment processor to support paid subscriptions, checkout, billing, invoices, customer portals, fraud prevention, and payment security.

  • process payments;

  • support checkout;
  • secure payment flows;
  • operate customer billing portals;

Payment processor cookies may be required for secure checkout and subscription management.

Some RacewayIQ calculator features may run locally in your browser where reasonably possible.

Cookies and browser storage may support local calculator functionality, including:

  • remembering calculator settings;
  • preserving temporary calculator state;
  • improving performance;
  • supporting current-session results;
  • enabling PDF export workflows;
  • maintaining local workflow drafts.

If you create an account, use saved features, use RacewayIQ Pro, save calculations, save workflows, save schedules, export reports, or use beta tools, related data may be transmitted to or processed by RacewayIQ and its service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. RacewayIQ Pro and Saved Data

RacewayIQ Pro may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • verify Pro subscription status;
  • maintain paid access;
  • support saved calculation history;
  • support favorites;
  • support renamed calculations;
  • support guided Pro workflows;
  • support saved workflow data;
  • support saved schedules;
  • support Schedule function features;
  • support exports of saved Pro data;
  • manage cancellation or reactivation status;
  • protect saved Pro data.

If Pro access ends, saved Pro data may become inaccessible and may be deleted after the applicable locked retention period described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Cookies and browser storage do not guarantee permanent data storage.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important reports, PDFs, calculations, schedules, exports, and project records.

10. Cookie Consent and Preferences
