RacewayIQ is not a licensed professional engineering firm.

RacewayIQ does not hold itself out as a professional engineering firm and does not offer to practice engineering.

No RacewayIQ calculator, report, schedule, export, note, warning, recommendation, result, workflow, or generated output should be interpreted as being prepared, reviewed, approved, sealed, stamped, certified, or issued by a licensed Professional Engineer.

RacewayIQ does not supervise your work, control your design decisions, verify your field conditions, review your project documents, approve your installation, or assume responsibility for your engineering decisions.

Any licensed professional, contractor, designer, installer, inspector, owner, or other qualified person using RacewayIQ remains solely responsible for their own professional judgment, review, verification, and decisions.

The Authority Having Jurisdiction may interpret, apply, enforce, approve, reject, waive, or modify requirements based on local law, adopted codes, project conditions, inspection practices, and jurisdiction-specific procedures.

RacewayIQ cannot predict or guarantee AHJ acceptance.

RacewayIQ does not guarantee that any calculation, design, report, schedule, export, installation, equipment selection, material selection, or project decision will be accepted by an AHJ, inspector, plan reviewer, utility, owner, engineer of record, contractor, agency, or other reviewing party.

Where technically feasible, certain calculations may be performed locally within your browser.

Local processing does not imply correctness, certification, verification, privacy guarantee, code compliance, engineering approval, or validation of any calculation or result.

Browser-based calculations can still be affected by software defects, browser issues, device issues, display issues, incorrect assumptions, user input errors, and other limitations.

  • project records;
  • design records;
  • engineering documentation;
  • inspection records;

RacewayIQ does not guarantee that any design, calculation, installation, equipment selection, conductor selection, raceway selection, schedule, or report is safe.

Electrical work can involve risk of fire, shock, arc flash, equipment damage, property damage, personal injury, or death.

All electrical design, installation, inspection, maintenance, and operation must be performed by qualified persons in accordance with applicable laws, codes, standards, safety procedures, manufacturer instructions, and AHJ requirements.

18. No Emergency or Life-Safety Use

RacewayIQ should not be used as the sole basis for emergency, life-safety, mission-critical, hazardous-location, healthcare, utility, industrial safety, fire protection, elevator, generator, emergency system, legally required standby system, or other high-risk decisions.

If a project involves life safety, critical infrastructure, hazardous environments, emergency systems, or elevated risk, qualified professional review is especially important.

20. Limitation of Reliance

You agree not to rely solely on RacewayIQ for any engineering, design, estimating, procurement, installation, construction, inspection, permitting, maintenance, operational, safety, or code compliance decision.

Before relying on any output, you must perform your own independent review or obtain review from qualified personnel.

Where required by law or project conditions, review must be performed by a properly licensed professional engineer, licensed electrical contractor, qualified designer, inspector, or other qualified person.

21. Limitation of Liability Reference

Your use of RacewayIQ is also subject to the limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, indemnification, user responsibility, data retention, subscription, and dispute-resolution provisions in the RacewayIQ Terms of Service.
